Dan, has been in the insurance business for over 30 years and started his first insurance agency in 1985. He has been an independent producer and FMO/IMO for the last 22 years. Due to Dan's early years in banking he has developed an intimate knowledge of incorporating insurance into the banking arena for their specific needs.     He has been advising banks, independent marketing channels as well as insurance carriers on products and marketing development.

With over 25 years in the industry, Johnson has held positions in a variety of insurance industry disciplines including; retail sales, marketing, sales management, independent as well as bank and broker dealer distribution, and product development.  Previous employers include; Financial Brokerage Inc, Mutual of Omaha, Lincoln Benefit Life/Allstate, and National Western Life where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing officer for the past 10 years.  Johnson entered the insurance business after graduating from Nebraska's Peru State College in 1991.  He went on to earn the CLU designation from the American College in 1998.  A sought out presenter and industry advocate Chris was elected and served for 6 years on the National Association for Fixed Annuities (NAFA) board of directors culminating as Chairman of the Board in 2015 at the height of the 151a and department of labor fiduciary industry struggles.
